Du sorgst dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles rund läuft, damit unser Sales und Operations Team sich auf Wachstum und Impact konzentrieren können. Mit Struktur, Überblick und Verlässlichkeit hältst du unsere Prozesse sauber und skalierbar.

Deine Aufgaben

Pflege von ERP- und CRM-Systemen (Artikel, Kund:innen, Aufträge, Rechnungen)
Unterstützung des Sales-Teams bei Angeboten, Aufträgen und der Rechnungserstellung
Datenpflege, Reporting-Vorbereitung und Dokumentation
Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Finance und Logistik
Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Backoffice- & Organisationstätigkeiten

Dein Profil

Erste Erfahrung im Backoffice, Sales Support oder Office Management sowie einem dynamischen Umfeld von Vorteil
Sehr strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (ERP/CRM, Google Sheets)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
