Bring KOA dorthin, wo Aufmerksamkeit entsteht: in die Feeds, Stories & Reels. Du bist die Stimme, das Auge und das Gefühl unserer Marke. Mit deinem Gespür für Trends, Ästhetik und Storytelling machst du KOA erlebbar.

Bring unsere Kakaofrucht Produkte in die Köpfe (und Herzen) der Menschen. Zeig, wofür KOA steht – direkt, ehrlich und nahbar. Du verwandelst Scrollen in Neugier und Neugier in Fans.

Deine Aufgaben

Social Media (Fokus Instagram & LinkedIn)
  • Planung & Erstellung von Social Media Content (Posts, Reels, Stories)
  • Unterstützung bei Collab Identifikation und Umsetzung
  • Community-Management (Kommentare, DMs)
Content & Brand Support
  • Mitdenken bei Storylines rund um: Impact & Nachhaltigkeit, Events, Tastings & Behind-the-Scenes
  • Produktion von Foto- & Video-Content
  • Aufbereitung von Content aus Events & Team-Alltag
​Zusätzlich:
  • Unterstützung bei Events & Tastings (Content + vor Ort)
  • Auswertungen / Reports (Reichweite, Engagement)

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium oder erste praktische Erfahrung im Social-Media-Bereich nach dem Studium
  • Canva / CapCut / ähnliche Tools sind dir bekannt 
  • Sehr gutes Gefühl für Instagram & Trends, sowie Ästhetik 
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse - sicheres Sprachgefühl (insbesondere Text)
  • Du bist kommunikativ, offen und trittst mit Authentizität und Energie auf
  • Du liebst es eigenständig zu arbeiten und bringst sprudelst vor Kreativität
  • Interesse an Food, Nachhaltigkeit & Start-ups

  • Kleines Europe-Team (<10 Kolleg:innen) mit großem Backbone vor Ort in Ghana (≈200 Kolleg:innen), die täglich direkt mit Farmer:innen arbeiten
